Ingredients
1 c oats, rolled
1/2 c finely grated carrot
1 t cinnamon
1 T Seeds, chia seeds, dried
3 T dates
1 t vanilla extract
3 T maple syrup
1 1/4 c milk

Directions
1. Using a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. Add wet ingredients and stir.
3. Divide the contents evenly among smaller bowls and top with dried cranberries or raisins.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
