Ingredients
1 bn asparagus
1/2 t zest lemon
2 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
1 pn salt
1 pn pepper, black
1/4 c pine nuts
1 T chopped parsley, fresh

Directions
1) Lay trimmed asparagus on foil lined baking sheet. Cover with lemon zest, juice, oil, salt & pepper, and pine nuts.
2) Bake in 375F oven for 10-14 minutes, making sure the asparagus is still green (not browned).
3) Finish by sprinkling with chopped fresh parsley.
